ReStore Donations

ReStores accept donations of new and used building materials, appliances and home décor items from home owners, businesses and trades.  Please see example items at left.  Please be aware that the ReStores may not be able to take normally accepted items based on current inventory levels.

Pre-approved donations can be dropped off during store hours at either the Burnaby or Vancouver ReStore. 
 
Donation pickup within the Metro Vancouver area may be arranged for complete kitchens, major appliances or corporate donations.  To ensure your donation is acceptable, and to schedule a drop off or pickup, you must complete the following form.
 

All donations must be clean and in good working order.  Items must be approved prior to drop off or pickup.  Dropping material off outside the store is considered dumping and is subject to fines.  To ensure your donation is acceptable, you must complete the following form prior to dropping off your donation.

Please be aware that the ReStores cannot accept all donations and they reserve the right to refuse items based on retail demand or storage limitations.  In such cases ReStore staff may be able to direct you to an appropriate recycling facility or the Salvation Army.
