Policies

Return Policy:
No Refunds or Exchanges.
Items are sold “As Is” and are not refundable or exchangeable with the exception of large appliances which are returnable (with receipt) within thirty days of purchase.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit and Cash. We do not accept cheques.

Holds:
At the discretion of the manager some items can be held without payment for a maximum of twenty four hours.

Item Pickup:
All SOLD items left at the ReStore are NOT the responsibility of the ReStore. All items must be collected within one week of purchase. Extensions may be granted with the manager’s approval.

Pricing:
We make every effort to ensure our products are priced correctly and consistently between our stores. Items are priced to sell and pricing is not negotiable.
